I was commissioned by my local congregation to arrange this song. As I considered the story I wanted this piece to convey, I selected the harmonies and accompaniment style with a specific purpose: to reflect our Heavenly Father’s remarkable ability to see the vast, all-encompassing picture while also recognizing and guiding the smallest details of our lives. In His infinite wisdom, He orchestrates those details in ways that ultimately lead us toward reaching our full potential, where we come to understand and experience the justice, tender mercy, and endless love of “harmony divine.”

We, too, can recognize His loving hand, tender mercy, and perfect justice woven throughout time and space. Listen closely near the end of the song to hear this sense of “harmony” beautifully reflected in the music.
